All orders with shipping addresses within the contiguous United States are delivered standard ground by FedEx, UPS or USPS.. Orders received are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship Standard USPS to Canada unless notified otherwise. Packages going to Canada or overseas may impose brokerage and Duty Fees. We do not have any authority once the package is out of United States jurisdictions. After shipping your order, tracking number will be available via the order confirmation e-mail link you received after placing your order. if you did not receive that order confirmation e-mail, check your spam folder or contact us for Help. It’s customer responsibility to supply us with their correct address

If you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. You will then be issued an authorization number you will need to include with your return shipment. For a full purchase price refund, all returned items MUST be returned in the original packaging and still in new condition. Any item that has been washed or used will not be eligible for a full refund and will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
Please do not wash or use the merchandise until you are sure that you are not returning or exchanging it. If a soiled item is returned to us, we will return it to the customer at their expense. Federal law prohibits resale of used bedding.
We will gladly replace any defective product for you at no additional cost within 10 days of original purchase. You will still need to contact us to obtain an authorization number before returning your product to us.
Refunds will not be issued unless and until the defective product has been returned along with the authorization code issued by our customer service department. All authorized returns for refund must be mailed back to us within 7 days of the authorization code issue date. Upon confirmed receipt of returned item(s) along with the mandatory proper authorization code, your account used for purchase will be refunded for the item(s) original purchase price.
Please note that there is a 15% restocking and inspection fee on returned items that are not defective. The buyer will be responsible for secondary shipping costs if they were offered free shipping on original purchase.

Cancellations and/or order changes can be made prior to shipment. You must contact a customer service representative as soon as possible to prevent shippment. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.
If you return a product before obtaining an authorization number, your item will be returned back to you and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to you. We are not responsible for any delays or shipping charges resulting in returning the merchandise to you when our Return Policy is not followed correctly. Any requests submitted for returns past the 7 day time-frame will not be honored.
When returning an item with a proper authorization number, you will be informed by email the address to send the returned product(s). Our corporate office at 4444 Sunset Rose Drive, Fort Mill, South Carolina, 29708 does not accept returned items.
Be sure all contents of the original packaging are included in the return or the return may be voided. Include the Return Merchandise Form with the Authorization Number you received for your return shipment and provide us your tracking number on your return shipment that we may expedite your return.
Once we receive your return and verify the return authorization, we will quickly process a refund of your original purchase price (not including shipping) to your credit card or send you your replacement item. If an item is deemed defective or damaged by the customer, their credit card will be charged for damages before a refund or replacement is issued.
Remember… Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it immediately. We must be notified within the first seven days of any problems or damages. After receiving the returned item, we will then inspect the item before issuing a refund or replacement. If an item is deemed defective or damaged by the manufacturer, a refund or replacement will be issued.
